For more than 70 years, the Beaver Valley Yacht Club (B.V.Y.C.) has been synonymous with hospitality for the boaters who visit the Beaver River in New Brighton. We strive to provide educational opportunities, reasonably priced dockage, and a warm welcome to boaters from the Tri-State area. We are a pet-friendly club (dogs must be on leash when off boat).
As a non-profit organization, we hold annual events throughout the year: new this year is the Summer BBQ in June, our annual Regatta in August, and our Fall Lobster Dinner/Dance in September. During these events, we have boaters from all over the tri-state area traveling to the Beaver River for fellowship, games, good food, and fun. Additionally, in the spring, many people from the local region visit B.V.Y.C. for our famous Fish Fry, held almost every Friday. We are a private club that is open to the public for certain events and parties.
